Wholesale Candle Ordering Process & Guidelines

Looking for wholesale candles for your retail store, boutique, gift shop or brand? The Jaded Candle offers customizable wholesale candle orders designed to help you create a collection that fits your brand’s aesthetic and customers.

From selecting fragrances and candle vessels to customizing your labels, our wholesale candle process makes it easy to create candles that feel uniquely yours.

Step 1: Choose Your Wholesale Candle Scents

Once you submit your wholesale inquiry email, we’ll provide you with our curated wholesale scent list. Choose from seasonal favorites, customer best sellers and signature fragrances selected to offer a variety of options for your collection.

Not sure which scents will work best for your customers? We can also provide recommendations based on your brand, target audience and overall vision.

You’re also welcome to let us know which scents or fragrance profiles you personally love. If you have specific scent preferences or an idea for the type of fragrances you’d like to offer, share them with us in your inquiry. We can use your preferences as a starting point and create samples for you to review and approve before moving forward with your wholesale order.

• Wholesale order minimum: 30 candles per order
• Scent selection: 1 scent selection for every 10 candles ordered
• Available fragrances: Curated seasonal scents and best sellers

Step 2: Select Your Wholesale Candle Vessel

Choose the candle jar style and size that best complements your brand and product aesthetic.

Candle Vessel Options

• Colors: Matte Black, Gloss Black, Matte White, Gloss White, or Amber Glass
• Specialty vessels: Seasonal vessels are available upon request
• Candle sizes: 4 oz, 8 oz and 10 oz

Our selection of wholesale candle vessels allows you to create a cohesive look across your candle collection while giving you flexibility to match your brand’s style.

Step 3: Customize Your Candle Labels

Create a branded candle experience with custom labels featuring your logo, brand colors or preferred typography.

To begin the labeling process, submit a high resolution PNG of your logo along with your brand colors.

If you prefer a custom quote or typography instead of a logo, our team can guide you through the process and help ensure your desired design works well with your selected candle vessel.

Please note: The Jaded Candle does not provide graphic design services. We can offer guidance throughout the process to help ensure your artwork is properly suited to the candle label.

• Label size is determined by the candle jar size selected.
• High resolution artwork is recommended for the best printing results.
• Custom label artwork should be submitted before production is finalized.

Step 4: Finalize Your Wholesale Candle Order

Once your scents, candle vessels and labels have been approved by The Jaded Candle, we’ll provide your wholesale pricing, estimated production timeline, and shipping details.

Wholesale Payment Terms

Full payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date in order for production to begin.

Orders are subject to applicable shipping costs and sales tax.

Wholesale Candle Shipping Schedule

To help our wholesale customers maintain consistent inventory, The Jaded Candle offers recurring wholesale shipments.

Please note that recurring shipment dates are standardized and cannot be adjusted.
