Wholesale Process & Guidelines

Step 1: Choose Your Jaded Candle Curated Scents

Once you have been approved as a wholesale client, we will provide you a list of scents. You will have time to select your fragrances from our curated scent list, featuring seasonal favorites and best-sellers. If you need guidance, we can recommend scents tailored to your brand’s target audience and vision.

• Scent Ratio: 1 scent selection allowed for every 10 candles.

• Order Minimum: 30 candles per order.

Step 2: Select Your Candle Vessel

Choose the jar style and size that best fits your aesthetic:

• Colors available: Matte/Gloss Black, Matte/Gloss White, or Amber Glass.

• Specialty: Seasonal vessels available upon request.

• Candle Sizes: 4oz | 8oz | 10oz

Step 3: Customize Your Labels

Submit a high-resolution .PNG of your logo and brand colors. If you prefer a custom quote or typography instead of a logo, our team can assist with the design. *Please note we do not offer design services, however we guide you throughout the process to ensure your desired design fits the candle label.  Note: Sticker size is determined by the jar size selected.

Step 4: Finalize & Schedule

Once your scents, jars, and labels are approved by The Jaded Candle, we will provide you with our wholesale pricing, production timeline, and shipping details for your order.

• Payment: Full payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date to begin production. Subject to applicable shipping costs and sales tax.

Shipping Schedules

To ensure consistent inventory, we offer recurring wholesale shipments. 

Please note that shipment dates for recurring orders are standardized and cannot be adjusted.
