At The Jaded Candle, each product is hand poured with care and intention. Due to the nature of our small batch production, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 5 days of delivery at info@thejadedcandle.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or solution.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it to your satisfaction.

If your order arrives damaged, email us as soon as possible at support@thejadedcandle.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We handle these issues on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
